Deep Roots Mountain Revival music festival is returning to West Virginia in it’s 2nd year with a truly great first wave of artists. Taking place once again on the newly revived Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, WV, Deep Roots is bringing a little something for everyone this July.
The festival is set to take place on July 20-22 and has tapped alt-country singer-songwriter Brandi Carlisle and the contemporary funk gods in Lettuce as the two headliners, with support from JJ Grey & Mofro, TAUK, Moon Taxi, White Denim, Eric Krasno Band, Cabinet and more to be announced – along with an additional headliner.
Last year’s lineup boasted acts like Greensky Bluegrass, Melvin Seals & JGB, Leftover Salmon, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and The Marcus King Band. With a first year like that, this lineup can only get better.
Also family friendly as ever, children under 10 get in for free, and children aged 11-15 can gain tickets for $50. As the date gets closer family and children’s activities will be announced.
Tickets start at $165 – and with first wave like this, ya can’t really beat it!
