Mason Porter’s Midnight Mountain Music Show will return to Peaceful Woodlands Campground in the Poconos from September 16-18. This will be the second installment of the festival, with two days of music, kids’ activities, vendors, and even a chili cook-off.
The campground, run by Nick, Denise, and Nikki DePaul, hosts several gatherings throughout the summer season . Although the Poconos weather can be unpredictable, the campground features ample amounts of shaded car and RV-lots, and is always beautiful. There’s an indoor recreation room for shelter from the elements, and a campground store for forgotten essentials. Rain or shine, summer or fall, festival-goers create a unique vibe at Peaceful Woodlands shows, and Mason Porter excels at bringing people together.
Last year’s festival featured epic sets from the band that Rolling Stone recently celebrated in its “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know” for September. The band can also curate a great festival. This years lineup includes Tom Hamilton’s American Babies, Coal Town Rounders, Old Soul Revival, Chris Grunwald and the Slow Response, No Good Sister, The Wallace Brothers Band, The Sermon!, and Vilebred, just to name a few.
