Okay so we took a little break, but we’re back. We are not daunted by adversity. There’s been a ton of new music releases in the last two weeks that we have regretfully neglected to bring to your attention. This post is sticking just to full albums. And holy shit have there been some awesome albums that have come out recently.

Live in Athens – Emancipator Ensemble

It kind of pains me to lead off with a live recording from Georgia but… here I am. Anyway, Emancipator is definitely one of those live acts that you have to see if they’re gracing a festival stage near you. We’re lucky enough that they have now put out a full live show for us so as to convince you if you had any doubts. Check it out here and you can actually download and pay what you want by going here.

Radius – Allen Stone

Full disclosure, Allen Stone has been one of those artists I know I should listen to more but I just never really get around to exploring his discography on my own. Everything I’ve heard I’ve liked, but I haven’t really indulged yet. Until now. His latest album, after just one listen, is one of my favorites of the year so far. It typically takes me a couple listens to actually like an artist’s full album. Not Radius. Listen to it right here. Now. Please. Go. Bye.

How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful – Florence + The Machine

Because duh. Seriously, this new album from Florence + The Machine just came out… Tuesday? I think. Listen to it… it… ain’t bad.

AT.LONG.LAST.A$AP – A$AP Rocky

A$AP’s new album has been prrrrretty highly anticipated and in my own humble opinion, it delivered. Sorry, but a highlight for me is “L$D”. I hate myself for that… but it is what it is.

All Your Favorite Bands – Dawes

Thanks, Dawes. If the chorus of the title track doesn’t get you, I just don’t know what will…

I hope that life without a chaperone is what you thought it’d be
I hope your brother’s El Camino runs forever
I hope the world sees the same person that you’ve always been to me
And may all your favorite bands stay together
