The 11th year of Riot Fest is shaping up to be pretty epic (at least in my opinion).  What started in 2005 as a smaller punk and rock festival in Chicago has since branched out to include Denver and Toronto––creating an international extravaganza taking place over three weekends in August & September.  Chicago’s first wave of bands were announced yesterday giving us a good idea of what the entire festival will look like––headliners include No Doubt (Chicago), Rancid (All 3), Modest Mouse (Denver & Chicago), Faith No More (Chicago), Tenacious D (Denver & Chicago), and both Iggy Pop (Denver & Chicago) and Billy Idol (Chicago).  I keep staring down at this line-up asking myself, “Is this even real?” It is impossible to list all of the amazing acts that are playing all three installations of Riot Fest (mostly because I have yet to process all of this in my brain), so I included the lineups and PASS INFORMATION behind this cut.
